By accessing and using this fundraising auction platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use this Service for fundraising auctions. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Auction Participation

By participating in auctions, you agree to:

  • Bid in good faith with intention to complete payment if you win
  • Unless otherwise stated by the auction organiser, you should pay for items that you win within 7 days of the auction ending. If you fail to do so, the auction organiser may offer the item to other auction participants.
  • Provide accurate contact information for auction organisers
  • Settle payments directly with auction organisers as agreed
  • Respect the community nature of fundraising activities

5. Organiser Responsibilities

Auction organisers agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of auction items
  • Handle payments and item delivery responsibly
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate records of transactions

6. Payment and Fees

Organisers may be charged listing fees as displayed during auction creation. All payments between bidders and organisers are handled directly between parties - we do not process auction settlement payments.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
  • To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity

8. Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

9. Limitations

In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
